RonRubino 7 just completed his #1 line in the 2 x 3 matrix and as he shares how fast his network is growing with other contacts he has along with the help of his team he will be completing his #2 line soon as well.
Success4u is in line to get the next member that comes into this matrix either from his own efforts or from the efforts of his sponsor ucantetire2 or from fishtales. I would say it's looking real good for you success4u.
And rgsffunds it's time for you to start getting excited because You are very close to getting team spillover and possibly even some Global spillover because you have the same team working to help you as they also help themselves.
Then we're back to the left side of the board and donnad will be the recipient of team spillover as her 2nd line in the 2 x 3 starts to fill under darcym and abracco. Then it's time for ronrubino7 again to see members placed under his topline members, rosina and our brand new member chilidip2929.
I hope you can see just how fast that can spread thru the entire matrix as everyone heads to the finish line of their own personal matrix with not only their own efforts but with the efforts of the team.Can you envision what would happen if every single member brought in just one member over the next week? It's mind boggling.
Always do your best to share this with all of your contacts, both personal and business and you'll be amazed at just how many people are looking for ways to earn additional income.
However it does make a difference in how you approach someone. Let's say we have 2 people - Tom and Mary.
Tom thinks about who he knows that he might ask but the first one he comes to he remembers that they have been having some financial hardships and surely could not afford to spend $60 on a business program so he crosses them off his list. The next one has just started doing yard work to increase their income so knows they don't have the time to do anything else and so he crosses them off his list.
By the time he has finished his list he has eliminated everyone he knows because he knows they would not be interested. So he doesn't have to contact anyone.
Now along comes Mary and she thinks of this couple who have really had a hard time recently as the husband has lost his job and they are really having to eliminate a lot of the luxuries they have had in the past as well as some of the necessities. Mary thinks, what a blessing
On Fire Matrix could mean for their lives at this difficult time so she calls them. She explains that she feels that this could be the exact answer to their temporary financial problems because the entry fee is very small and the income starts immediately once they share this with just a couple of other people who may also need a financial boost and after attending a webinar they agree and thank Mary for sharing it with them.
Mary also knows Tom's friend who has taken on yard work to help his family survive their financial situation so she approaches them and explains that with a lot less effort than it takes to do yard work that they could be earning even more money than they are now earning and still have some good quality family time and the money to enjoy it. Mary invites them to attend the webinar and they too see that it would not take much effort and they would be able to replace the income from their extra job.
Mary even suggests that if they want to see a larger income faster that the company permits people to buy into more then one level so that while they work in their 2 x 2 matrix by sharing it with people they know, they will also get the benefit of any growth in the 2 x 3 matrix even before they cycle their first matrix. Many people see the advantage of doing that if we let them know how effective it is. Our newest member, Chilidip2929 chose to go that route simply because he was given the choice and so have about 60% of all the members I have personally enrolled.
One thing I learned many years ago is to never make a decision for someone else that they would not be interested. You have to give them a chance to decide that for themselves. And we never know who else that person may know who could help the entire team grow.
So as we begin this new week, lets examine our attitudes and attend as many webinars as possible and bing as many guests as we can and you will find that your team is growing even faster because everyone is contribung to the success of the team.
