You have done an excellent job so far by taking a leadership role and working to help build this great Essante World Wide team of which I am proud to be a member. I know that with just a little more work you will be seeing the success which you have set your goals for. If you have already enrolled 4 Managers then your job is becoming easier. Now you just need to tech your best 4 Managers how to enroll 2 each and you will be at the gold level.
If you have not yet enrolled 4 managers then that should be your first goal and even aim for a few extra managers just as a cushion then select your 4 strongest managers and work with them to help them reach silver by enrolling at least 2 managers personally. Take it one step at a time and set short term goals and it will happen much quicker.
You may want to consider putting your 4 best prospects into a rotator and using the rotator url in any ads you personally promote to help them reach that level faster. You may be giving up some of the new managers but in exchange you will double your matching bonus in doing so. To reach the top, it takes team work.
